Position Title: Mentoring Program Coordinator (1 FTE/40 hours per week)
Agency Description: Bolder Options is an innovative organization focused on healthy youth development. Anchored in mentoring, comprehensive programming coordinates resources in a united effort to support youth, 10 – 14 years old, who may be at-risk for dropping out of school or becoming involved in delinquent or unhealthy behaviors. Utilizing research-based curriculum, Bolder Options engages youth in goal setting, physical activity, tutoring, and leadership opportunities to build confidence, maximize potential, and encourage healthy life skills.
Purpose: This position supports and monitors youth and mentor progress and takes on other agency-related responsibilities as required. The Mentoring Program Coordinator is responsible for the attainment of the strategic goals for the Program Department (including case management), and is an entry level position in the Program Department.
Reports to: Mentoring Program Coordinator is directly supervised by the Program Director and is a member of the Program Department.
Salary Range: $32,000
Youth Retention: Support and Monitor Youth Progress (70%)
Youth Meetings, Events, and Activities (20%)
Other Agency-Related Responsibilities (10%)
